Why order from Ever Gourmet?

Ever Gourmet offers the widest variety of flavours and cuisines. We hand-pick the freshest ingredients with an emphasis on season and locally grown product. We offer the most flexibility of any meal plan with Gourmet, Vegan, Keto, Paleo, Athlete and Mix & Match options. There's no commitment. You can cancel or change your subscription any time. Or order à la carte and don't subscribe at all. Our chef-prepared meals mean you'll never have to cook or wash dishes. That means more time spent with your loved ones!


Where do you deliver to?

We deliver within Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) including west to Hamilton, east to Oshawa and North to Bradford. View our full service area here.

Please message us first if you live outside our regular coverage. We might be able to arrange next-day delivery with FedEx for farther destinations.

When do you deliver?

Our deliveries run on Sundays and Wednesdays, and Thursdays for out-of-town deliveries.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery cost depends on the shipping address and the number of meals ordered. Delivery is free for Zone 1 if ordered 12 meals or more. The system will calculate shipping fees accordingly upon checkout when the shipping address is entered.

What happens if the food is delivered, and I'm not home?

You don't have to be home when the food is delivered. We'll leave the bag/box at your doorstep or with a concierge. Please check with your management company to confirm if food deliveries are allowed to be kept a the reception for you to pick up.

Can I pick up my meals?

Unfortunately, we do not have a storefront; delivery is the only option available.

How are my meals delivered?

We use special insulated bags (or boxes for larger orders) with ice packs inside, provided with no extra charge for the best possible temperature control.

How do I return my cooler bag/box?

Please leave it outside for your next delivery, and we'll pick it up. Thank you! :)

Ordering/Subscription Management

How do I order?

IMPORTANT: There are two convenient ways to place orders on our website: A-la carte (one-time) and Weekly Subscription (meal plan).

For a-la carte orders, simply use the corresponding black "Buy A-la Carte" buttons to add individual meals to your cart.

To subscribe to a meal plan, follow these steps:

1. Choose the quantity of meals you need each week.

2. Select your preferred delivery day - either Sunday or Wednesday.

3. Pick your desired meal options.

Please be aware that subscribing to a plan involves weekly automated payments, unless you choose to skip a delivery or pause/cancel your subscription. It is your responsibility to manage the subscription you've created.

For comprehensive instructions on managing your meal plan with us, please consult the "Welcome to your EverGourmet subscription" email, which is automatically sent to you upon creating your subscription. This email contains detailed guidance to ensure you make the most of your subscription experience with us.

What are the cut-off times for ordering?

A-la carte (one-time) orders/New subscriptions: Thursday 8pm for Sunday delivery and Sunday 8pm for Wednesday delivery.

Existing subscribers: please refer to "Welcome to your Evergourmet subscription" email received upon placing your first order for ordering cutoff information. Kindly mind checking junk folder as well.

How do I select my meals each week?

You have an option to select your weekly meals from your account. Please refer to "Welcome to your Evergourmet subscription" email received upon subscribing for a meal plan for the detailed instructions. Kindly mind checking junk folder as well.

What happens if I don't select my meals?

You don't have to select your meals. Once the pattern is captured with your initial order - the system will be repeating it weekly - off the new menu each time.

How do I modify my subscription?

Modifying your current plan, such as adjusting the number of meals or selecting a different menu, is not currently available from your account. To make changes like switching from Keto to Paleo or adjusting the meal quantity within a plan, you'll need to set up a new subscription.

However, please note that in order to prevent recurring payments off your initial subscription, it's essential to cancel or pause it. You can easily manage this process yourself from your account, or feel free to reach out via hello@evergourmet.ca, and we'll be happy to assist you.

How do I change my delivery day?

Can I customize my meals?

The meals are not customizable. If you have allergies or food intolerances please reach out to us first via email hello@evergourmet.ca or chat box to confirm they can be accommodated.

How do I store my meals?

Upon pick-up, it's essential to transfer your meals directly into the refrigerator and store them there consistently.

How long will my meals last?

Our meals are crafted to maintain freshness for at least 5-6 days when stored continuously in the refrigerator.

Where can I check macronutrients and ingredients of the meals?

You can easily access the macronutrient and ingredient details for each meal on our website. Simply navigate to the specific meal, and find it under "Details". Additionally, upon delivery, you'll find a detailed breakdown of macronutrients and ingredients on each meal's sleeve for your convenience.

How do I warm up my meals?

Microwave: for a quick and convenient option, microwave your meal on high for 3-5 minutes. You can leave the food inside the plastic container or transfer onto a plate before heating.

Oven: for a more oven-fresh taste, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Swap the plastic container for an oven tray or other oven-proof dish. Ensure your meal reaches 165 degrees for optimal warmth.

Stovetop: replace the plastic container with a fry pan. Set the heat to medium, warm up your meal, ensuring it reaches 165 degrees. Cover your fry pan with a lid for the best results.

From frozen: if your meal is frozen, remove it from the freezer to thaw inside the fridge overnight or until fully defrosted. Follow the heating instructions above for a delicious hot meal.

Which oils do you use?

We only use coconut and extra virgin olive oil when cooking. For certain dishes, we may also use butter, however, it will always be listed on the ingredients list of the meal.

Do you use any preservatives?

We do not use any preservatives or sodium in our meals.
