We deliver to most of Southwestern Ontario on Sundays and Wednesdays.

Our delivery fees vary according to where you live and how many meals you purchase.

Zone 1 - $10 (free delivery for orders over $162.25 before tax = 12 meals plan)

Zone 2 - $15

Zone 3 - $20

Zone 4 - $25

Zones are calculated automatically upon checkout and based on the distance from our facility which is currently located at 120 Industry St, Toronto.
